Agape Fest 2008 Talent Contest
The Agape Fest Talent Show is a great opportunity for aspiring artists to share their talent, gain exposure to prominent gospel music industry leaders and win valuable prizes. Independent ChristianCountry gospel music soloists, duets, trios, quartets and ensembles are eligible to enter.
The winner will receive:A FREE 5 hour session with S.M.A.R.T productions in Texarkana with Chip Bricker- A one-hour session with Jimmy Reed Photography
- An appearance on the Miranda Love TV Show “GRAND OLD GOSPEL SHOW”
- A FREE Full Color Page Ad in GTE Magazine
. . . and on top of all that will perform at the Awards Show on Saturday night

2007 Talent Contest Winner
Congratulations to our 2007 talent contest winner, Kyle Wood.
"My name is Kyle Wood, I am the proud winner of the 2007 Agape Fest talent show contest. I would like to take this time to express my thanks to Bob and Glorya Wilson, at king country radio for all they have done. I would like to give a special thanks to Chip Bricker at Smart Productions and J.Reed photography for all their time donated in helping someone's dream come true. Thank God for Godly men and women that devote their time to the ministry. The Agape Fest has been a real inspirational experience for me and has taken my ministry to a whole new level. This past year God has opened new doors in my life due to the Agape Fest. The experience and knowledge that I have received since this time has been priceless and unforgettable. I would like to invite everyone at this time to be a part of the Agape Fest Ministry. I pray God's blessing on each and everyone who is a part of this ministry."
Eligibility & Rules
Eligibility: Contest is open to independent artists. For the purposes of this contest, an independent artist is defined as a person not affiliated with a major record label. Christian Country gospel music soloists, duets, trios, quartets and ensembles are eligible to enter.
Entries Fees: The entry fee is $100 per soloist, duet, trio, quartet or ensemble, and cannot be refunded.
Judging: Entries will be judged by a panel of professional songwriters, publishers, artists or
other professionals within the Christian Country gospel music industry. All contestants will be judged on song selection, music quality, presentation, appearance, performance and overall commercial potential. All decisions by judges will be final. Winner will be announced during the Saturday evening concert.
Indemnity and Release: Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for future
advertising and publicity without compensation.
